Tube bundles (also known as tube stacks) are designed,
manufactured or re-manufactured for both new and existing
applications according to customer
requirements, including direct replacements for existing units.
Our
manufacturing versatility enables us to offer single bundles or
larger quantities on competitive lead times. Expect longer
service life, often at similar or lower cost than the original
manufacturer’s unit. Tubes can be plain, low-finned (internal and/or external) or high-finned (integral or applied fin) with many methods for tubeside/shellside enhancement available. Tube to tubeplate/tubesheet jointing methods include roller-expansion (with or without expansion grooves) and/or welding in addition to secondary seals such as grommets, o-rings, hydroscopic and compression seals. |
