The Titan-Lite philosophy can be summarised as the ability to
optimise any given heat exchanger application by balancing the
following factors:-
Thermal Performance & Efficiency
Durability & Impact Resistance
Drag Coefficient & Pressure Drop
Design Flexibility Cost
By combining the right technologies with optimal material
selections, air cooled heat exchangers can be designed to suite
virtually any given criteria. In real terms, this philosophy
results in a range of coolers which combine these factors to
optimum effect for a variety of motoring sectors:-
High performance competitive motorsport
Custom car/bike and street car modification (sport compact)
Off-road and military vehicles

Titan-Lite undertakes the design and manufacture of custom
radiators to suit operating temperatures up to 180C and
pressures of up to 70psig. Making use of internal water
turbulators, boundary layer effects within the aerodynamic
elliptical cooling tubes are minimised. Combined with hard
aluminium Elfin technology on the outside, heat dissipation is
maximised and optimum water temperatures maintained.
Titan-Lite radiators
are available in single and multi-pass configurations with water
connections from 1/2" to 2" diametre and either large or small
pressure caps.
Titan-Lite offer a wide range of
standard oil cooling units suitable for use in demanding
performance applications with low to medium pressures.
Internal oil turbulators are used to minimise boundary layer
effects within aerodynamic elliptical cooling tubes. Combined
with hard aluminium Elfin technology on the outside, heat
dissipation is maximised and optimum oil temperatures
maintained.
Titan-Lite oil coolers are
available in single and dual pass configurations with BSP,
Metric (M) or JIS (AN) tank-end oil connections. All units are
guaranteed up to 10 bar gauge working pressure and undergo 100%
pressure testing to 1.5 times rated pressure.
Operating
temperatures up to 150C can be catered for. |
